🌟 POP’s Weekly Encouragement
A new word of hope every Monday from Prince of Peace Church
This Week's Message –November 24, 2025 through December 1, 2025
✨A Heart of Thanksgiving✨
📖Scripture Focus: 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV)
“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”
As we enter this Thanksgiving season, it’s easy to focus on the food, family gatherings, and the traditions we hold dear. But at the heart of it all, Thanksgiving is a reminder to pause and recognize the goodness of God in every part of our lives, not just the joyful moments, but even the challenging ones.
A thankful heart shifts our perspective. It lifts our eyes above stress, worry, and disappointment, and it helps us see God’s hand working in ways we may not fully understand yet. Gratitude doesn’t deny hardship but it declares that God is greater than it.
At Prince of Peace, we are grateful for your faith, your love, your presence, and your continued commitment to walking with Christ. As you move through this week, let gratitude be your posture and praise be your language.
Here are a few reminders to carry in your spirit this week:
-
🙏 Give thanks daily, even in small things, God is present in every detail.
-
💛 Remember His faithfulness — what He brought you through is proof He’ll do it again.
-
🌟 Share kindness freely, a thankful heart always overflows.
-
🕊️ Rest in His peace, gratitude opens the door to joy.
No matter what this season looks like for you, God has been faithful, He is faithful, and He will continue to be faithful.
🍂 This week, let your heart declare:
“Lord, I thank You — not just for what You’ve done, but for who You are.”
