🌟 POP’s Weekly Encouragement
A new word of hope every Monday from Prince of Peace Church
This Week's Message –January 5, 2026 through January 12, 2026
✨Stepping Forward with Hope✨
📖Scripture Focus: Isaiah 43:18–19 (KJV)
“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”
As the holiday season comes to an end, many of us find ourselves tired—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. For some, the past weeks were filled with joy and celebration. For others, they carried grief, stress, or quiet moments of survival. Wherever you find yourself today, know this: God has brought you through, and He is already at work in what lies ahead.
The turning of the calendar is more than a new date—it is a reminder that God is still making a way, even in places that once felt dry or uncertain. What weighed heavy in 2025 does not get to define what God will do in 2026. His mercies are new, His promises remain sure, and His presence goes with you into every new step.
At Prince of Peace, we pray that this week you feel renewed strength, restored hope, and a quiet confidence that God is guiding your path. You don’t have to rush forward—just keep walking faithfully, trusting that the One who carried you through is the same One leading you ahead.
💛 This week, let us remember:
-
God carried you through the holidays—He will carry you into 2026
-
Your survival is evidence of His sustaining grace
-
What felt heavy in the past season does not cancel God’s future plans
-
You don’t have to have it all figured out—just keep trusting Him
-
New beginnings don’t require perfection, only faithful obedience
-
God is still making a way, even in places that once felt dry
As you move through this week, take comfort in knowing that God is not finished with you. What lies ahead may be unknown, but His faithfulness is certain. Step into this new year with a heart open to hope, a spirit willing to trust, and a confidence rooted in His promises.
✨ 2026 is not just a new year, it is a new opportunity to walk closely with God, rest in His grace, and expect Him to do great things.
